Canto is an independent neighbourhood cocktail bar and wood-fired restaurant in the heart of Bury St Edmunds. Our ethos is simple: food is better shared, and even better with a drink in hand.
Our open kitchen and wood-fired oven are at the heart of what we do. The menu brings together wood-fired pizzas, flatbreads and seasonal small plates, served as they’re ready and made to share around the table.
We change our menus with the seasons, keeping things fresh and giving you something new to come back for. Each season, we challenge our bar team to create 12 new house cocktails, alongside a full list of classics. Our wine list is curated with our friends at Vino Gusto, with a mix of familiar favourites and more interesting bottles to discover.
Join us during the week for Golden Hour, dinner or a few drinks. Fridays and Saturdays start with lunch and bottomless brunch before moving into dinner, cocktails and late nights at the bar with friends!
